Dr. Kamran Amir Khan is working as a Consultant internist at Northwest General Hospital & Research Centre. In this role, he caters to patients across a wide spectrum of health, from relatively simple to complex illnesses. His main areas of interest, besides general medicine, includes infectious diseases, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and hepatitis.
Prior to joining Northwest General Hospital & Research Centre, Dr. Kamran had accumulated nine years of experience practicing as Consultant Internist at St. Mary’s Hospital Centralia, Illinois (USA).
Dr. Kamran is a member of the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Kamran completed his MBBS from Khyber Medical College in 1990. He went on to do his postgraduate residency training at St. Luke’s Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri, USA in 1993 -1996 before practicing as a Consultant in Illinois, USA.
