An engaging and insightful workshop on “Clinical Audits” was conducted at the Northwest School of Medicine by Dr. Almas Fasih Khattak, Associate Professor of Community Medicine/Associate Director of Global Surgery/Associate Director of Excellence, Research and International Liaison. The workshop was attended by more than 100 participants from various cities across KP, including faculty, clinicians, trainees and medical students.
The session covered the essential steps of conducting clinical audit, data collection, and practical strategies for implementing changes in healthcare settings. Participants actively contributed, sharing their experiences and challenges in conducting audits within their own practices. The hands-on activities and real-life case discussions made it a highly interactive learning experience for all attendees.
Such workshops play a crucial role in enhancing clinical practice and improving patient care through evidence-based quality improvement strategies.
A big thank you to all who participated and made this event a success!
