The 19th Annual General Meeting of Alliance Healthcare Private Limited (AHL) was held on 26th October 2024 at Northwest General Hospital and Research Hospital.

During the AGM, Dr. Mohib Ullah, Dr. Sardar Alam, Dr. Tariq Jabbar, Dr. Saeed Ullah, and Dr. Bilal Ahmed Sethi was elected as members of the board.The board unanimously elected Mr. Malik Abdul Latif Awan as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AHL.The board appointed Prof Dr. Sardar Alam as Chairman of AHL.
