On November 11, 2024, Northwest General Hospital and Research Center, in collaboration with the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Pakistan (SOGP), hosted a significant one-day symposium focused on Violence Against Women. Esteemed experts, including prominent lawyers, social workers, psychiatrists, and obstetricians, gathered to present insights on the legal, psychological, social, and medical dimensions of this critical issue. The symposium aimed to raise awareness and promote a multi-disciplinary approach to combating the widespread problem of violence against women.
