Dr. Ayesha Ali Khan has recently joined Northwest Teaching Hospital as Registrar, General Surgery. She has acquired her MBBS degree from Khyber Medical College and FCPS training from Khyber Teaching Hospital.

Dr. Ayesha is a general surgeon by profession and has hands-on experience in the areas of breast, hernia, colorectal and hepatobiliary surgery. She has expressed her interest in the management of breast-related diseases (cancerous and non-cancerous), hernia, anal and peri-anal diseases (anal fissure, haemorrhoid, fistula-in-ano).

Dr. Ayesha has joined the Northwest family with the aim to provide reliable surgical care for female patients and to raise awareness regarding the significance of early detection of cancer among women in particular and the overall communities in general.
