Northwest General Hospital & Research Centre has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Women University Mardan for internship and training of the students of Department of Human Nutrition and Dietetics. The students will undergo internship at NWGH, a renowned hospital of the region.
CEO NWGH Dr. Zia ur Rehman, Vice Chancellor Women University Mardan Prof. Dr. Ghazala Yasmin, and HoD Food and Nutrition department at NWGH Dr. Shafqat Ayaz were present at the occasion.
Students of Women University Mardan will undergo clinical rotation under the supervision of Food and Nutrition department at NWGH and gain first-hand experience of managing Food and Nutrition patients.
This is a part of the Corporate Social Responsibility initiative of Northwest General Hospital and Alliance Healthcare (Pvt.) Limited, to promote general awareness among community and provide quality training to students thus encouraging research based scientific approach.
