Northwest General Hospital (NWGH) conducted a comprehensive Code White Training aimed at enhancing the capacity of its security personnel in effectively managing agitated individuals and handling aggressive situations with professionalism and care.
The Manager Security provided a detailed briefing on the designated roles and responsibilities of the security team, ensuring clarity in their operational duties. This was followed by an in-depth training session on the Code White Policy, conducted by the Assistant Manager OHS&E, focusing on best practices for de-escalation, crisis intervention, and ensuring a safe healthcare environment.
As part of NWGH’s ongoing commitment to workplace safety, such specialized training sessions are conducted regularly to reinforce emergency preparedness and uphold the security and well-being of employees, patients, and visitors. By continuously investing in safety protocols and capacity-building initiatives, NWGH remains dedicated to fostering a secure and reassuring environment for all.
